Participatory funding is reshaping the Argentine property market. You no longer need substantial upfront capital to be part of the sector: with Arveloxa many contributors pool their allocations to finance real projects — from residential towers in Palermo and Puerto Madero to the revitalization of historical buildings in Rosario and Córdoba, new developments and neighbourhood upgrades.
Puerto Madero · Buenos Aires
For decades, real estate investing in Argentina was reserved for large institutional funds or investors with established wealth. Arveloxa opens the door to people who want to diversify collaboratively, with amounts that fit their budget and without the friction of buying an entire property.
Why Arveloxa
Participate with accessible amounts adjusted to your budget, without needing to purchase a full property or sign title deeds.
The whole ecosystem runs online. Explore, compare and set your participation from your phone or laptop, in Buenos Aires or from any province.
Access apartment towers, revitalisation of historical buildings and urban developments with different timelines and risk profiles.
By participating you support initiatives that renew neighbourhoods, upgrade infrastructure and add quality square metres to the Argentine housing stock.

Transparency
We believe that supporting the Argentine property market requires information that is understandable and verifiable. We work so that at any moment you can confirm how your contribution is applied, which stage the work is in and under which rules you are participating. Our goal is to give you clear tools about the local market so you can decide on your own criteria.
Public documentation
Every project is published together with the framework contract, the corporate structure of the vehicle and the disbursement schedule.
Monthly reports
You receive a report with construction progress, budget execution and deviations, signed by the technical direction.
Independent audit
Financial statements are audited annually by an accounting firm registered with CPCECABA.
Important notice
Real estate crowdlending involves risks that you should consider before deciding to participate: construction timelines can be extended, projected returns are not guaranteed and part or all of your contribution may not be recovered under adverse scenarios. Arveloxa does not offer personalised financial advice. We recommend reading each specific contract and consulting with licensed professionals before deciding.
