Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 14, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of arveloxa.com, operated by Arveloxa S.A.S. By using the site you confirm that you have read, understood and accept what follows. If you do not agree, we ask you to stop using the platform.
1. Scope of the service
Arveloxa presents information about real estate projects and the crowdlending mechanism. The site is informative and does not constitute a public offering of securities, nor financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Any effective participation requires the signing of specific contracts and prior identity validation.
2. Eligibility
The site is aimed at people over 18, resident in Argentina or with legal capacity to operate in the country. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to comply with regulations on the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing.
3. Registration and use
Access to certain features may require registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions carried out from your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorised use.
4. Intellectual property
The contents, texts, trademarks, logos, software and designs on the site belong to Arveloxa S.A.S. or its licensors. Their reproduction, modification or distribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
5. User submitted content
By sending us inquiries, comments or materials, you warrant that you have the necessary rights to that content and grant us a limited licence to use it in order to reply to you and improve the service.
6. Risk warning
Real estate crowdlending involves risks you should consider: construction timelines can be extended, projected returns are not guaranteed and part or all of your contribution may not be recovered. It is your responsibility to evaluate each opportunity, consult with licensed professionals and decide on your own criteria.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Arveloxa will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the site or from decisions taken based on the information published.
8. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the site in whole or in part. In the event of substantial changes to these terms, we will give reasonable prior notice through the site or by email.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
