Cookie Policy

Last updated: January 14, 2026

This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on arveloxa.com and how you can control them at any time. We work with Google Consent Mode v2 so your decision is respected from the very first click, without any tracking before your consent.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a site stores on your device to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language, your privacy choices or technical data needed for the site to work.

2. Cookie categories we use

Necessary: essential to navigate and use basic features. Functional: remember preferences such as language. Analytics: allow us to understand aggregated usage of the site. Advertising and marketing: enable measurement and personalisation of campaigns, including Google Ads.

3. Google Consent Mode v2

Arveloxa implements Google Consent Mode v2. Before your decision, all sensitive signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage) are set to "denied" by default. We also use ads_data_redaction=true and url_passthrough=true. When you accept, reject or save your preferences we run gtag('consent', 'update', ...) with your exact choice and push the cookie_consent_update event to the dataLayer. As a result, Google Ads (AW-18064110603) and GA4 tags only activate storage and personalisation if you explicitly enable them.

4. How to manage your cookies

You can change your preferences at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Note that disabling certain categories may affect the experience.

5. Duration

The duration varies per cookie. Necessary cookies usually expire when the session ends, while measurement cookies can persist for up to 24 months, as defined by each provider.

6. Third parties we work with

We use Google services (Ads and Analytics 4) and cloud infrastructure providers. Each provider has its own privacy policy, which you can consult directly on their official sites.

7. Inquiries

If you have questions about this policy, write to us at privacidad@arveloxa.com. We reply within 10 business days.
