Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 14, 2026
At Arveloxa S.A.S. we handle your personal data with the same care we apply to reviewing the projects we publish. This document explains, in plain terms, what information we collect, what we use it for, with whom we share it and what rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Act No. 25.326 and the complementary regulations in force in 2026.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is Arveloxa S.A.S., CUIT 30-71789456-3, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 3247, 7th floor, C1193AAA, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. You can reach us at privacidad@arveloxa.com to exercise any right regarding your data.
2. What data we collect
We collect: (i) data you provide directly by completing forms, such as name, email and message; (ii) technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system and pages visited; and (iii) data derived from cookies and similar technologies, always subject to the consent you grant.
3. What we use your data for
We use your data to reply to your inquiries, keep you informed about projects if you authorise it, improve site security and performance, comply with legal obligations and, with your consent, measure the performance of our campaigns on Google Ads and similar platforms.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on your consent, the performance of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship you initiate, legal obligations that apply to Arveloxa and the legitimate interest of preserving the security of the platform.
5. With whom we share your data
We share data with technology providers that operate under confidentiality agreements: cloud infrastructure, transactional email services and measurement tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics, always respecting your consent settings. We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data in countries outside Argentina, mainly the United States and the European Union. In those cases we verify that adequate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses, to preserve the level of protection required by Argentine law.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as there is a relationship with you and for the legal periods that apply (for example, accounting obligations or regulatory requirements). Contact data with no activity is purged after 36 months.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, update, deletion, objection and portability of your data, as well as withdraw the consent you granted. Simply email us at privacidad@arveloxa.com proving your identity. If you feel your rights were not properly addressed, you can file a complaint with the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).
9. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encryption in transit, role-based access control, continuous monitoring and periodic reviews of the code and infrastructure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. When the change is substantive, we will notify you with reasonable prior notice through the site or by email.
